About Us
The Wayne Public Library serves the residents of Wayne, Michigan and its surrounding communities. We are a member of The Library Network, a public library cooperative serving 74 libraries in southeast Michigan. The mission of the Wayne Public Library is to partner with the community to provide life-long learning experiences.

Library Board
The Wayne Public Library Board consists of five members who are appointed by the Wayne City Council. Meetings are held in the library on the second Wednesday of every month at 4:45 pm and are open to the public.
Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Wayne Public Library is a nonprofit group involved in activities that directly benefit the library.
Annual Reports
The annual report provides an overview of important library metrics and events from the last fiscal year.

Michigan Activity Pass (MAP) is a pass that you checkout from your local library and use as a ticket at one of many Michigan state parks and cultural destinations.
